Welcome to Chozhan Palporul Vaanibam. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of chozhan.eu and purchases from our South Indian grocery store in Drancy, France. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
We accept the secure payment methods shown at checkout, including credit/debit card and PayPal where enabled. Payment is charged when you place the order (or as otherwise indicated at checkout). We do not accept restaurant tickets / titre-restaurant for online or store orders unless we expressly announce otherwise.
Delivery options, fees, and estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy and confirmed at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address/relay point you provided, or upon collection from our store. Please check parcels on arrival.
You may request cancellation before the order has been shipped or while it is still in preparation. Once dispatched or in transit, cancellation is generally not possible; you may instead use our Returns & Exchanges process where eligible.
Returns are handled under our Returns & Exchanges policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under French and EU law, including legal guarantees for defective goods.
You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site or violate these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the website (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping in a way that harms the service, uploading malware, or using the site for unlawful purposes).
All content on chozhan.eu (logos, text, images, layout) is owned by Chozhan Palporul Vaanibam or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, except for personal browsing and shopping.
We take care to keep product information accurate and the site available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, events beyond our reasonable control, or incorrect customer details. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections).

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts with jurisdiction over Drancy / Bobigny (or as required by mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence) shall apply. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where available.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
